Remarks: Act takes effect September 1, 2001. Section 33 amending Subchapter A, Chapter 13, Parks and Wildlife Code, takes effect only if the constitutional amendment proposed by HJR 97, 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, is approved by the voters.
