Relating to the filing of information with the Railroad Commission of Texas by persons who are within the jurisdiction of such Commission, to the designation of a resident agent for service of process purposes by foreign entities, and to the revocation of the Organization Report for not designating a resident agent or for failing to answer such service which was served upon the resident agent.
