Relating to state policy and objectives for management of the state's oyster and other molluscan shellfish resources; to the rental and acreage for location of private oyster beds; to theft from and damage to private oyster beds; to fees and permits for taking oysters and other molluscan shellfish; to the minimum size, open areas, use of dredges and legal time for harvest of oysters and molluscan shellfish; to the designation of prohibited areas; to taking and transplanting of shellfish from prohibited areas; and to the licenses for wholesaling, sale and transport of oysters and molluscan shellfish; and to the penalties for violation of the oyster management and related public health provisions.
