Relating to authorizing the Southern Kansas Railway Company of Texas to take up and abandon that part of its track and roadbed extending from Washburn to Panhandle, and, in lieu thereof, locate, construct, maintain and operate its road on a line extending direct from Panhandle to Amarillo.
