Relating to amending "An Act to prohibit and prevent the adulteration, fraud and deception in the manufacture of and sale of articles of food and drugs;" so as to more perfectly prevent the manufacture of, sale of, or offering for sale of, misbranded or adulterated food and drugs; to prevent the addition of injurious drugs or articles to food.
