Relating to authorizing and permitting the territory situated within the bounds of the town of Myra in the county of Cooke and State of Texas, and other land and territory adjacent thereto, to incorporate as an independent school district, for free school purposes only, to be known as the Myra Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
