Relating to creating and establishing the Mont Belvieu Independent School District in Chambers county, Texas; defining its boundaries and divesting the bodies now controlling the same of the title of all property now held and used for public school purposes within the territory within this act described and investing the same in the Mont Belvieu Independent School District.
