SB 291, 39th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for any person to drive or propel any automobile truck, or other motor driven vehicle upon the track of any railroad, operated by a steam railroad company or the receiver thereof, or operated by an interurban railroad company or the receiver thereof, at the place of the crossing of any public road or streets at grade, without stopping at a distance of not le than twenty feet or more than fifty feet from the nearest railroad and looking and listening; providing that the Act shall not apply in certain cases, making it a misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions of the Act, and prescribing punishment therefor.
