Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Wilbarger County, Texas, to contract and agree with the proper authorities of the State of Oklahoma for the construction of a public bridge across Red River at some point on the north line of Wilbarger County, Texas, and authorizing said Commissioners' Court of Wilbarger County, Texas, out of the Road and Bridge funds of said county to pay not more than twenty-five per cent of the cost of construction and maintenance, and authorizing the issuance of bonds or warrants for said purpose and to provide that the said bridge, when constructed, shall be a part of the public highways of the State of Texas, and to authorize the appropriation of funds by said Highway Commissioner to aid in the construction and maintenance thereof, on authority herein granted by authority of the Governor of Texas.
