Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas, to deed, convey, assign and/or transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsoever class, kind, or character directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas in and to that tract of land known as the Melvin Park Site situated at the edge of the town of Melvin, in McCulloch County, Texas, to D. J. Malstrom.
