Relating to amending certain Article of the Penal Code of Texas relating to work and vacation of firemen and policemen in certain cities of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants and in cities of more than thirty thousand (30,000) inhabitants, by adding a new section providing for vacations for jailers, jail guards, and jail matrons assigned to duty in any county jail in any city of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Article.
