Relating to providing that any person of good moral character who, on May 22, 1937, had been engaged in the practice of architecture in this State for a period for at least of six months prior to said date and who failed to obtain a registration certificate may have thirty (30) days from the date upon which to file with the Board of Architectural Examiners in order to obtain a certificate authorizing such person to practice Architecture in the State of Texas.
