Relating to enabling common school districts in each county of Texas having a population of not less than eleven thousand twenty-one (11,021) nor more than eleven thousand fifty (11,050), to vote bonds, levy taxes for the same, for the purpose of purchasing not more than one school bus, or one school bus body, or one school bus chassis.
