Relating to regulating the taking of bull frogs and disposition of same in El Paso, Hudspeth, and Culberson Counties; providing a license for those propagating bull frogs on private property, prohibiting the sale of bull frogs that originate in either said Counties with certain exceptions; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
