Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing for the payment of a quarterly occupation tax of Four Dollars ($4.00) per long ton of all sulphur produced within the state of Texas, providing for the manner and conditions of payment, the penalties for nonpayment, and the disposition of said funds.
