Relating to giving the district courts in certain counties injunctive powers in cases of persons violating or threatening to violate the provisions of Article 534 of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, as amended; giving the juvenile and district courts certain powers to order parents or other persons responsible for the support of dependent or neglected children to support such children and providing for the enforcement of such orders by civil contempt proceedings.
