Relating to fixing the maximum time and limits under which certain game mammals, game birds, and fur-bearing animals, or the pelts thereof, of this State may be taken in El Paso, Culberson or Hudspeth Counties; providing a penalty for violation of any portion of this Act; providing for the effective date of this Act.
