Relating to authorizing the Livestock Sanitary Commission of Texas to establish quarantines against other States, territories and foreign countries and portions and subdivisions of the State of Texas in order to prevent an outbreak of foot and mouth disease; prescribing penalties for a violation of quarantines; making appropriations for the enforcement of this Act.
