Relating to appropriating the sum of One Million, Eight Hundred and Ten Thousand, Four Hundred and Fifty-six Dollars ($1,810,456) for the purpose of promoting public school interests and assisting local districts in teaching of vocational agriculture, home economics, trades and industries, distributive education, and for the vocational rehabilitation of disabled persons; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
