HB 172, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that the proceeds of sales of large tracts of land partitioned by decrees of district courts in certain counties, and which are unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days by those entitled to such proceeds, shall be placed in the general funds of the counties wherein such lands, or major portions thereof lie; providing a savings clause and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith to the extent of such conflict.
