Relating to providing for County Juvenile Boards in each county comprising the 38th Judicial District, and in each county comprising the 63rd Judicial District; providing for compensation of members of the boards; provided compensation allowed County Judges hereunder shall not be counted as fees of office; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of existing laws relating to compensation of Judges of District Courts and County Judges; providing a savings clause.
