Granting Motorola, Inc. permission to sue the State of Texas and the Comptroller of Public Accounts to recover Texas Franchise Tax allegedly overpaid, providing for services of citation on the Attorney General of texas and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, providing for proof of the alleged cause of action as in other civil suits, and reserving all defenses to the State of Texas.
