Relating to the disposition and acquisition of certain state-owned real property, to the issuance of bonds to finance the development and construction of new facilities for the Texas School of the Deaf, and to the dedication of certain proceeds of sale of the property to the construction, equipping, and furnishing of new facilities for the Texas School for the Deaf.
