- Examine the range and kinds of personal security payments and benefits which should be authorized for faculties of Texas state colleges and universities, seeking the advice of representative members of such faculties, and of other interested persons, and examining the experience and practices of public and private universities in Texas and other states, and examining the experiences and practices of industry and government.
