- Study security interests in farm products and determine whether changes are needed in Texas statutes in order to arrive at the most appropriate method for providing protection to purchasers of farm products from secured creditors of the seller as provided by the Food Security Act of 1985; and evaluate the operation of central filing system in states that have such a system.
