  • To monitor all activities and to have budget oversight responsibilities for those agencies, boards and commissions as listed in Rule 3, Section 14.
  • To study the feasibility of creating a central hearings and appeals board to review administrative fines and sanctions imposed by administrative agencies or by a court on application of an administrative agency.
  • To study the Job Training Partnership Act program (joint study with Business and Commerce Committee).
