Charges
- Investigate and study thoroughly the existing Rules of the House of Representatives, and the Joint Rules of the Texas Legislature, looking toward rules reform.
- The committee shall direct it attention specifically toward the issues of (1) financing the campaign of the Speaker of the House, (2) the reporting of campaign expenses, (3) the facilities of the Texas Legislature, including office space, committee rooms, and facilities of legislative service agencies; and (4) the Joint Rules of the Texas Legislature.
