HB 209 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to pay certain judgments against the State of Texas, the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the State Treasurer and the Attorney General of the State of Texas, in their respective official capacities, out of the general revenue fund, which judgments were for the recovery of gas gathering taxes heretofore paid under implied duress in suits authorized by concurrent resolutions of the 54th Legislature.
HB 280 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for a Promotion and Development Fund of not more than five per cent (5%) of the gross income from operations in each calendar year for Navigation Districts having within its limits a city with a population in excess of (100,000) according to the last preceding Federal census.
HB 319 Caption: Relating to providing that the statement of facts concerning any family history, or showing who were or are the legal heirs of any deceased person, when contained in an affidavit, sworn to, or sworn to and acknowledged, or in any instrument legally executed and acknowledged, etc., shall be received in any suit as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
