HB 49 Caption: Relating to provide for the regulation of all securities, notes, stock, debentures, certificates of stock, trust agreements, mortgage certificates or any other evidences of indebtedness, any form of commercial paper, or any other instrument commonly known as a security whether similar to those herein referred to or not, of any company, including trust companies, doing business in Texas under the Insurance Code and regulated by the board of Insurance Commissioners; prescribing penalties necessary and incident thereto, making the necessary appropriations for such purpose; providing for severability.
HB 132 Caption: Relating to amending Statutes by adding an Article prohibiting the county clerk from filing chattel mortgages unless the names of persons signing as mortgagors are printed or typed thereon.
HB 133 Caption: Relating to providing for the issuance of certificates of title on outboard motors and prohibiting sale of outboard motors in this State after the first sale except through use of the certificates of title issued therefor; placing the administration of the Act in the Texas Department of Public Safety and prescribing procedures for its administration; making an appropriation; prescribing offenses; and fixing the effective date of the Act.
HB 763 Caption: Relating to authorize the Board of Public Welfare to contract with the public schools in the State of Texas to educate the children of the Waco State Home and to pay tuition to the public schools; providing a repealing clause and a saving clause.
HJR 4 Caption: Proposing an amendment authorizing the issuance of Seventy Five Million Dollars of Bonds in addition to Bonds already issued by the Veterans' Land Fund; providing for an election and the issuance of a proclamation therefor.
HR 383 Caption: Congratulating the Big State League for their contributions to the entertainment and culture of the State.

HB 180 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statues by exempting property of associations for teaching and demonstrating modern and scientific methods of ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship not operated for profit from taxation when income from such property in excess of the amount necessary for operation and maintenance is used for the development of boys and girls and young men and young women in connection with ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship and demonstrating modern and scientific methods or ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship.
HB 263 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing for the fingerprinting of all persons convicted of driving an automobile or other motor vehicle while intoxicated upon the public highways in this State; providing that the Sheriff of the county of conviction shall forward the fingerprints and other information to the Department of Public Safety; providing a penalty for Sheriffs who do not comply with this Act.
HB 689 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relative to compensation of the Juvenile Board in counties of more than 100,000 inhabitants by deleting the provision limiting its operation to counties bordering on the Republic of Mexico.
HB 724 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas so as to require persons acting as agents for sale of credit life and credit health and accident insurance to be specially licensed, prescribing conditions precedent to the issuance of such licenses.
HB 725 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas so as to limit the amount and term of credit life and credit health and accident insurance policies sold in connection with loans, and to provide for cancellation of such policies on payment of a loan before expiration of the policy's term.
HB 857 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by authorizing the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney to appoint Investigators or Assistants, fixing the salaries and qualifications thereof.
HB 882 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries and manner of payment of same of certain officials in certain counties.
