HB 8 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Texas Statute; empowering the City Council or other governing body of all incorporated cities and towns of the State to pass penal ordinances containing a penalty or fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200) instead of the maximum penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100) as now provided.
HB 168 Caption: Relating to providing procedure for the annexation, by certain cities and towns, with the consent of the owners, of land or territory, to the extent of one-half (½) mile in width, which is vacant and without residents, or on which less than three (3) qualified voters reside, contiguous and adjacent to any incorporated city or town having a population of five thousand (5,000) or less inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing that this act shall be cumulative with other laws regarding annexation.
HB 718 Caption: Relating to appropriating funds from the General Revenue Fund for the purpose of purchasing privately owned land within the boundaries of the Big Bend National Park; including a condemnation clause.

HB 935 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act so as to re-arrange, change and provide the terms and the time of holding District Court in Val Verde, Terrell, Maverick, Kinney and Edwards Counties, Texas, constituting the Sixty-third Judicial District of Texas; providing that the Courts in session at effective date of this Act may continue to the next term thereof as herein fixed
HB 960 Caption: Relating to any city which has outstanding waterworks or waterworks and sewer system revenue bonds and which has on hand sufficient money to pay said bonds together with the interest thereon to the date when they become due or optional for prior payment and the contract premium if any; making the Act cumulative but controlling when inconsistent with or in conflict with other laws; enacting other provisions relating to this subject.
