HB 170 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to authorize any city of more than five thousand (5,000) population, according to the last Federal Census, whether incorporated under General or Special Law, to codify and adopt a code of civil and criminal ordinances without the necessity of publication.
HB 211 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by defining a "Non-resident Commercial Fisherman"; defining a "Non-resident Commercial Fishing Boat"; and providing for a Non-resident Commercial Fishing License and the fee for same; providing for a Non-resident Commercial Fishing Boat License and the fee for same; providing penalties for violation of the Act.

HB 207 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code relating to work and vacation of firemen and policemen in cities of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants and in cities of more than thirty thousand (30,000) inhabitants; providing penalty for violation of the provisions of this Article.
HB 412 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for salaries for the First Assistant County Attorney and the other Assistants, Deputies and Clerks employed in the office of the County Attorney when allowed by the Commissioners Courts of counties having a population of not less than eighty thousand (80,000) inhabitants and not more than one hundred thousand (100,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and containing a city of not less than sixty thousand (60,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census.
HB 729 Caption: Relating to creating the Galveston County Conservation and Reclamation District; prescribing the powers, duties and functions thereof; providing a saving clause.

HB 2 Caption: Relating to granting certain cities the right of use and occupancy for park purposes of tidelands and bed and waters of the Gulf of Mexico to a certain extent.
HB 424 Caption: Relating to permitting any county with a certain population to adopt by a majority vote a county unit system; making provisions for the formation of a county-wide school district therein; making provision for holding election to determine whether an equalization tax shall be levied, and, if passed, making provisions for the assessment and collection of such a tax.
HB 990 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain Gulf Coast counties in Texas to construct, acquire, improve, operate, and maintain causeways, bridges, tunnels, or any combination thereof, including related properties and ferries, and to issue their revenue bonds payable solely from the revenues to be derived from the operation of such projects.
