HB 41 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relative to tax on coin-operated vending machines.
HB 116 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by requiring the Board of Administrator to cancel, after notice and hearing, any permit granted if it is found that permittee has violated any price regulation promulgated by any agency of the United States government.
HB 172 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that in counties having a population in excess of 40,000 inhabitants and less than 350,000 inhabitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census, the Commissioners' Court may allow each Chief Jailer a monthly salary of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per month and may allow one Assistant Jailer a monthly salary of One Hundred Seventy-five ($175.00) Dollars per month.
