HB 230 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1800), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund of the State, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of hiring two (2) additional stenographers for the Governor's Office, together with necessary materials etc., such as appropriation to last throughout the current biennium, ending August 31, 1935.
HB 262 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of insecticides and fungicides, prohibiting their adulteration, misbranding, or misrepresentation, providing for the collection and analysis of samples, the expenses of the enforcement of the law, fixing penalties for its violation.

HB 52 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to lease lands belonging to the State Experimental Stations for oil and/or gas and/or sulphur development, prescribing the duties and powers of said Board in regard to such leases, prescribing the mode and manner of sale of said oil and gas and/or sulphur leases on said land and making an appropriation to defray the expenses of the Board in executing the provisions of this law.

HB 584 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Forester, under the general supervision of the board of directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College, to cooperate and execute agreements with the Federal Forest Service, other Federal agencies and timber land owners, involving cooperative forest protection and development projects when such action is required by Federal statute or policy.
HB 586 Caption: Relating to authorizing the governing boards of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas and other certain colleges to retain control of fees and other local institutional income collected at said schools; defining such fees and local institutional income; providing for depository banks, where said funds shall be deposited.
HB 774 Caption: Relating to providing for the assessment and collection of ad valorem taxes on property belonging to Joint Stock Land Banks located in this State; providing for the levying and collecting of ad valorem taxes on the shares of stock of Joint Stock Land Banks located in this State.

HB 126 Caption: Relating to establishing the office of county superintendent of public instruction, and providing that the commissioners court of every county which has three thousand (3,000) scholastic population or more, as shown by the preceding scholastic census, shall, at the next general election after 1934, and likewise each four years thereafter, provide for the election of a county superintendent of public instruction to serve for a term of four (4) years.
