43rd Regular Session
HB 216 Caption: Relating to decreasing the salary of the judges of the Supreme Court and the judges of the Commission of Appeals and of the Commission in Aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the judges of the courts of Civil Appeals, and of the district judges of this State, and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 229 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for the payment of the pensions to Confederate soldiers and sailors of the War Between the States and their widows, in the amounts and in the manner herein provided, and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 348 Caption: Relating to providing that the equalization of the business of the Courts of Civil Appeals shall be made by the Supreme Court, as of the close of business in said Courts of Civil Appeals on December 31st and May 31st of each year.
HB 407 Caption: Relating to providing for proof of the execution of attested or witnessed instruments or writings which are not required by law to be attested or witnessed.
HB 408 Caption: Relating to providing for evidence of handwriting by comparison.
HB 409 Caption: Relating to providing for rules attacking the credibility of witnesses in civil and criminal cases by showing connection with crime.
HB 597 Caption: Relating to providing that all taxes, whether ad valorem, occupation, or otherwise, shall be a lien on all property, bith real and personal; providing that said lien shall continue, though said property is not assessed, and that back assessments may be made on said property for any taxes due thereon, and that the provisions thereof shall apply to all State taxes and political subdivisions of the State.
HB 622 Caption: Relating to providing the collection of "insolvent taxes" (delinquent taxes on personal property) by the issue of tax execution, levy, and sale of property levied on, and providing that no execution shall issue on property of a non-resident of the county until the tax collector, or assessor and collector, has ascertained whether such taxes have been paid to the Comptroller or not, and providing for the fees and commissions for the issue of executions and costs of levy and sale.
HB 631 Caption: Relating to providing that no process shall issue or sale be had on any unpaid balance on any judgment for the foreclosure of mortgages or other liens until same shall have been rendered for taxation, prescribing the method of such rendition, and the evidence thereof.
HB 891 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment by the Secretary of State for the printing of Constitutional Amendments submitted by the 42nd Legislature out of the monies appropriated by the 42nd Legislature.

HB 9 Caption: Relating to promoting and aiding the enforcement of the National Recovery Act.
HB 200 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Depository Board to fix periodically a reasonable rate of interest to be paid by State depositories and reserve depositories on State funds.

HB 57 Caption: Relating to prohibiting persons allowing certain animals and livestock grazing, running upon, and trespassing upon certain designated highways in this State, except where such highway runs through an enclosed farm, ranch, or other property, which highway is unfenced but us protected by cattle guards and signs to warn motorists against cattle.; defining terms, prescribing offenses, fixing penalties and punishment, containing a saving clause.
HB 174 Caption: Relating to general management and control of the public free schools and high schools in each county.
