HB 31 Caption: Relating to simplifying procedure in the appellate courts by limiting reversals to errors but for which a different judgment probably would have been entered.
HB 32 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide it shall not be misconduct for a jury to know and discuss the effect of answers to issues.
HB 33 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to require applicants for registration of vehicles subject to registration under said statute to exhibit to the tax collector, receipts for ad valorem State and county and city taxes, where such applicant resides in an incorporated city, which became due on such vehicle during the preceding year, making it unlawful for any tax collector to issue registration receipt or license plates, or for any applicant to receive the same contrary to the provisions of this Act.
HB 360 Caption: Relating to the taking of bail in felony cases; providing that in cases of arrest for felony less than capital the sheriff may take the bail and providing a manner of requiring new bail after indictment if insufficient bail has been taken.

HB 30 Caption: Relating to creating a closed season upon wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey for a period of five (5) years in the Counties of Harrison, Marion, Red River, Cass, Bowie, Morris, Lamar, Camp, Titus, and Upshur, in the State of Texas, making it unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, ensnare, kill or attempt to kill, by any means whatsoever, any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey within said Counties for a period of five (5) years, providing a penalty therefor.
