HB 239 Caption: Relating to amending Sections 5 and 7 of Chapter 3, Special Laws of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, being a special road law for Cherokee county, and to repeal Chapter 57, Special Laws of the Thirtieth Legislature.
HB 270 Caption: Relating to providing for the teaching of agriculture, manual training and domestic science in the State normal schools at Huntsville, Denton and San Marcos, and in such other normal schools for white teachers as may be hereafter established by law, and of agriculture, including such courses in manual training and domestic economy as are subsidiary to agriculture, in public high schools which shall meet certain prescribed conditions; and making an appropriation therefor.
HB 286 Caption: Relating to providing additional means for ascertaining for purposes of taxation, the ownership and situs of any and all bond or bonds, other than the bonds of the United States of America, and for the assessment, equalization and collection of taxes thereon; etc.
HB 325 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter Eleven of the General Laws of the First Called Session of the 29th Legislature, entitled "An Act to regulate elections and to provide penalties for its violations, and to repeal the acts of the Twenty-eighth Legislature, regulating elections," by adding thereto Section 111a, providing that all candidates for office shall prepare and file with the county clerk a sworn statement of said candidate's relations to, and service for, any all corporation for the two years preceding.

HB 63 Caption: Relating to fixing the minimum salary of the officers and employees of the State Penitentiary of Texas.
HB 64 Caption: Relating to passenger fare upon all railroads in this State and fixing the maximum charge per mile therefor.
HB 125 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to ad valorem taxes for free school purposes so as to provide for the levy and collection of an annual ad valorem school tax of 20 cents on the $100 valuation of property.
HB 151 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act creating the Jacksonville Independent School District in Cherokee County, Texas, so as to more particularly and accurately define and describe its boundaries.
HB 189 Caption: Relating to creating a State Textbook Board, selecting a uniform series of textbooks to be used in the public free schools of this State, for a period of five years, beginning September 1, 1908, providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
HB 414 Caption: Relating to requiring all tax assessors to assess all bonds subject to taxation under the laws of this State from the records of the authority issuing the same, and providing that a failure to comply with the requirements of this Act shall forfeit the office of any and all persons who violate same.
HB 415 Caption: Relating to requiring all persons announcing themselves as a candidate for any public office, including candidates for United States Senator and United States congressmen, to file a statement, under oath, with the county clerk of the county of said person or candidate's residence.
HB 505 Caption: Relating to taxing all proprietors, managers or lessees of skating rinks used for profit, within the State of Texas, prescribing penalties for violations of this Act, defining the duties of tax collectors in relation to this Act.
HB 528 Caption: Relating to requiring all persons subject to the payment of a State and county poll tax under the Constitution and laws of this State, and who refuse or fail to pay said tax before the first day of February of each year, to work out the amount of said tax upon the public roads of this State.
HB 534 Caption: Relating to restrictions, duties and liabilities of railroad corporations.
HB 564 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Cherokee County.
HJR 40 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 24 of Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, fixing salaries and mileage of members of the Legislature.

HB 12 Caption: Relating to requiring all tax assessors to assess all bonds subject to taxation under the laws of this State from the records of the authority issuing same, and requiring the authority whose duty it is to pay the interest and principal on such bonds to hold back out of the annual interest due thereon the amount of taxes due, and to pay the same to the tax collector, and providing that a failure to comply with the requirements of this Act shall forfeit the office and any and all persons to violate the same.
HB 73 Caption: Relating to creating a State Textbook Board; defining certain misdemeanors; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.

HB 4 Caption: Relating to amending "An Act to prohibit the taking of fish from the fresh waters and streams of this State otherwise than by means of the ordinary hook and line and trot line, and to prohibit the sale or shipping of game fish in this State, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof," by exempting the county of Cherokee and other counties from the provisions of this act.
