HB 632 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by exempting certain cities and towns from the provisions thereof until the people residing therein, by referendum, avail themselves of the provisions thereof by vote of the majority of the qualified voters thereof; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 714 Caption: Relating to providing that all citations and notices, issued out of the county court in probate matters, shall be returnable to the court from which issued, on the first Monday after the service is perfected; and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith.
HB 735 Caption: Relating to appropriating seven hundred dollars ($700) to be applied upon the purchase of a monument or marker to be placed upon the Val Verde Battlefield, in New Mexico, to commemorate the battle in which Texas troops were engaged, when a like sum is raised by public subscription.

HB 56 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to repeal that part providing for the filing of claims with the County Clerk; providing more adequate and better regulations and provisions in connection with bonds where a person or persons, firm or corporation enter into a formal contract with this State for the construction of any public building.
HB 61 Caption: Relating to validating the surveys of all lands heretofore or hereafter made and returned to the General Land Office, vesting the title to lands included within the lines of said surveys as returned to the General Land Office, in the parties for which same were made and their heirs, successors and assigns.
HB 62 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to limit the venue of suits instituted by the Attorney General for Public lands or for rents for same or damages thereto to the county of the defendant's residence or the county where the land lies.

HB 5 Caption: Relating to creating the Conservation Commission of Texas; providing the qualifications of its members, their terms of office, their method of appointment and their salaries.
HB 25 Caption: Relating to powers and duties of the Railroad Commission of Texas in respect to the conservation of oil and gas; amending certain laws requiring gas from gas wells to be confined under the circumstances and conditions therein stated; providing that said commission shall prohibit oil and gas waste.
HB 26 Caption: Relating to creating the Conservation Commission of Texas.
HB 69 Caption: Relating to providing that in all cases where a county has public funds on deposit in any bank or trust company or other depository, and the funds so deposited are secured by a bond, and when the depository has failed to pay the checks or drafts drawn on said fund by said county, said county suing upon said bond is hereby authorized to pay off any indebtedness against such real estate.
