HB 261 Caption: Relating to authorizing any taxpayer in any common school district or independent school district to pay one-half or all of such school tax prior to the payment of any other tax that may be collectible on the same roll during the period of time covered by this Act; providing that this Act shall be in force only for a period of two years; repealing all laws in conflict therewith for such two-year period.
