HB 1 Caption: Relating to appropriating three million ($3,000,000) dollars out of the State Treasury to aid and promote all the public schools of this State for the scholastic year beginning September 1, 1922, and ending August 31, 1923; providing a penalty for violation of provision of the Act.
HB 7 Caption: Relating to abolishing the Markets and Warehouse Department and the Weights and measures Department, conferring all authority, powers, duties, functions, rights and liabilities of the Commisioner of Markets and Warehouses and of said Markets and Warehouse Department and Weights and Measures Department upon the Commissioner of Agriculture.
HB 36 Caption: Relating to providing for the assessment of taxes on the transfer of property by will or by the intestate laws of the State of Texas.

HB 232 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to prohibit commissioners courts and supervisors of levee improvement districts from letting any contract calling for or requiring the expenditure of two thousand dollars ($2000) or more without first submitting same to competitive bids and publishing notice of the proposed letting of such contract; providing that contracts made in violation of this act shall not be enforced and may be enjoined.
HB 328 Caption: Relating to providing an occupation tax on sulphur produced in the State of Texas by individuals, companies, corporations and associations; providing that in the event of either or part of article to be held unconstitutional by the courts it shall not invalidate the remainder of said article.
