SB 65 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute levying a poll tax on every male person between the ages of twenty-one and sixty years, resident of this State on the first day of January of each year, so as to provide that soldiers, marines and seamen who enlisted in or were drafted into the United States Army during the years 1917 and 1918 and who were at the time of their induction into the military or naval service of the United States, resident citizens of the State of Texas, shall be exempt from the payment of poll taxes for the years 1918 and 1919, and further providing that such persons may vote without the payment of poll taxes in all elections held in this State during the years 1918 and 1919.
SB 66 Caption: Relating to providing for the eradication of predatory animals making an appropriation therefor, and prescribing the manner of its expenditure in co-operation with the Bureau of Biological Survey, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
SB 142 Caption: Relating to validating the charters and amendments to charters of all cities of more than five hundred thousand inhabitants in this State, which have adopted charters, or attempted to adopt or amend charters, since the enactment of Chapter 147, General Laws of the Regular Session of the Thirty-third Legislature, 1913, and validating all proceedings had by the City Councils or City Commissions, or governing authority, in regard to the question of the adoption of charters or amendments thereto.
SB 174 Caption: Relating to providing for the Live Stock Sanitary Commission to cooperate with the Bureau of Animal Industry, United States Department of Agriculture, for the eradication of tuberculosis among cattle within the State of Texas, and providing for the partial indemnification to the owner of cattle reacting to the tuberculin test.
SB 175 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the general revenue for the Live Stock sanitary Commission for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1919.

SB 187 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to taxation.
SB 198 Caption: Relating to providing that the School of Mines and Metallurgy located in the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, to be and the same is made and constituted a branch of the University of Texas for the instruction in the arts of mining and metallurgy.
SB 235 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts providing that teachers in the public free schools shall be required to conduct school work in the English Language exclusively by further providing that said acts shall not prevent the teaching of French and Spanish and granting authority to the Trustees to prescribe the text books for the teaching of said languages.
