HB 47 Caption: Relating to making the keeping of billiard or pool tables for profit unlawful, and prescribing a penalty therefor; repealing certain articles.
HB 48 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles so as to require an increased occupation tax on billiard or pool tables.

HB 88 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Statutes of 1911, providing that it shall be the duty of the railroad companies to deliver loaded cars to the consignee within a reasonable time, and providing that the consignee shall unload such cars within forty-eight hours after delivery and notice or forfeit to the railroad company the sum of twenty-five dollars per day for each car so left unloaded; providing penalties.
