SB 7 Caption: Relating to authorizing the incorporation of mutual hail insurance companies, regulating the business of such companies, providing for the investment of reserve fund, requiring annual reports and fixing the fees to be paid by such companies.
SB 33 Caption: Relating to authorizing the formation of corporations for irrigation and development purposes for farming under irrigation, and permitting the acquisition of land for such purpose; providing the manner of such development for irrigation and restricting the ownership of such land further, that no corporation thus formed shall own any land under and by virtue of this Act for a period of more than fifteen years from and after the date of the acquisition of same, requiring said corporation to alienate all land owned by it, within the said fifteen years, to bona fide purchasers for value, and providing for the organization of said corporations under Chapter 2, Title 21, of the Revised Civil Statutes of the state.
SB 42 Caption: Relating to judicial districts by detaching Bailey County from Castro County, to which it is attached for judicial purposes in the sixty-fourth judicial district, and attaching it to Parmer County for judicial purposes, within the sixty-ninth judicial district.
SB 48 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Statutes by adding thereto articles providing for a better protection of the fish and oyster industry, prescribing riparian rights, the prerequisites to the issuance of license to catch fish, oysters, etc; providing for examination of location, surveys, etc., and permit to gather seed oysters; providing for appointment of Deputy Fish & Oyster Commissioners.
SB 57 Caption: Relating to validating incorporations of towns and villages heretofore attempted to be made, but which failed.
SB 74 Caption: Relating to validating all sales made out of leases of un-surveyed school lands that may have been erroneous by reason of a lack of definiteness of lease-holds and unmarked survey lines, and all sales made on lines of four-section counties, and eight-section counties, and sales as may have been erroneous on account of lack of clearness in the statute, and sales of school lands to actual settlers in such cases as the applicant did settle on the land within the time required by law, but did not file in the General Land Office the affidavit of settlement within the time required by law.
SB 148 Caption: Relating to allowing certain counties to be organized or reorganized.
SB 186 Caption: Relating to increasing the civil jurisdiction of the county court of Armstrong County.
SB 220 Caption: Relating to authorizing the qualified voters of any county or political subdivision thereof in this State to determine, by an election to be held for that purpose, whether or not pool rooms or pool halls shall be prohibited in such county or subdivision thereof; providing a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
SB 233 Caption: Relating to adding to and making part of the the Slaton Independent School District of Lubbock County certain lands and territory adjoining thereto situate in Lubbock County, and adding thereto and making a part thereof certain lands and territory adjoining thereto situate in Lynn County all for school purposes.
SB 243 Caption: Relating to apportioning the state into senatorial districts; to specify the county to which returns of an election shall be sent, on which the county judge shall issue certificates of election.
SB 244 Caption: Relating to creating additional territory for Floydada Independent School District.
SB 281 Caption: Relating to establishing a quarantine line across the state identical with that now or hereafter prescribed by law for the prevention of Texas Fever in cattle, for the prevention of the spread of contagious diseases in hogs except under specified conditions, prohibiting shipment into that portion of the state lying north and west of such line, providing that the Live Stock Sanitary Commission of Texas shall prescribe rules governing such shipment, providing penalty.
SB 310 Caption: Relating to amending the law creating the Lakeview Independent School District.
SB 311 Caption: Relating to creating the Roaring Springs Independent School District, in Motley County, Texas.
SB 312 Caption: Relating to amending an act to regulate elections and provide penalties for violation.
SB 341 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Wichita County, in the State of Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex-officio road commissioners, and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as road commissioners and defining the powers and duties of the commissioners courts of said county, and fixing a penalty for the violation of this Act.

SB 404 Caption: Relating to providing for a High School to be located at Hale Center in Hale County, Texas, giving it boundaries and defining the duties and privileges of same, and giving authority to levy taxes to maintain said High School.

SB 22 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Hall County, Texas, and making the Commissioner's Court of said County ex-officio road commissioners in their respective precincts, and providing for and fixing their compensation as such road commissioners. Prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.

SB 10 Caption: Relating to amending an Act creating the Sixth Supreme Judicial District of Texas, and to create the Seventh and Eighth Supreme Judicial Districts of Texas, and to provide for the organization of a Court of Civil Appeals within the Seventh Supreme Judicial District of Texas, and to providing for the organization of a Court of Civil Appeals within the Eighth Supreme Judicial District of Texas.
SB 20 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation, establishment, and maintenance of a special University Fund; providing that a certain part of the ad valorem tax rate shall be levied, assessed, and collected for said purpose.
SB 29 Caption: Relating to the relief of Railway companies who fail to construct their roads and branches within the time required by law.
SB 38 Caption: Relating to requiring butchers of Karnes County to give bond as required by law and exempting Archer county from the operation of the same law.
SB 44 Caption: Relating to providing for the filing in the General Land Office of chains of transfer of title to portions of the sold Public Free School Lands, University and Asylum Lands of this State.

SB 70 Caption: Relating to making it lawful for railway, express, railway companies and telegraph companies to contract and enter into agreements with each other for the exchange of services, and for transportation of officers, agents and employes of such companies, requiring such contract or agreement to be filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas.
SB 80 Caption: Relating to providing that purchasers of free school land in certain counties may transfer same in forty-acre tracts or multiples thereof.
