HB 2 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment, maintenance and government of a State Normal School to be located in the City of Jefferson, Marion County, Texas or within one half mile of the corporate limits of said city, and to be known and designated as the East Texas Normal School.
HB 70 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure providing for the place where judgments of death by electrocution shall take place.
HB 406 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute providing the manner and method of election of a speakers of the House of Representatives and to provide for parliamentary rules to be enforced pending said election.
HB 462 Caption: Relating to providing for the working on public roads of Marion county, Texas, of all parties who may have failed to pay their poll tax, on or before January 31st of each year, and providing a penalty for those who are liable to said road duty, under the terms of this Act, by reason of their failure to pay their poll tax, and who shall fail to work said roads or streets when notified to do so by proper authority.

HB 472 Caption: Relating to providing for the place where judgments of death by electrocution shall take place; and providing for the erection of house or necessary arrangements to be made for execution; providing for transfer of convicts after death penalty has been rendered pending the carrying into effect of said judgment; and providing for the maintenance of said convicts pending the execution of said judgment.
HB 540 Caption: Relating to creating the State Bureau of Child and Animal Protection, and providing for the appointment of members thereof, and authorizing said bureau to investigate and secure the enforcement of the laws for the protection of children and dumb animals.
