SB 10 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation and establishment of Water Control and Preservation Districts for the control and preservation of the purity of the waters, creeks, bayous, lakes, canals, streams or other waters for irrigation or in aid thereof, by the prevention of the inflow of salt water or other deleterious substances; providing penalties.

SB 11 Caption: Relating to providing for the compensation of certain employees for injuries sustained in the course of employment.
SB 34 Caption: Relating to requiring the attendance of all boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17 upon the public schools or some private school, for at least 80 days each school year, requiring parents or guardians to make monthly reports to the teachers, showing the cause of the absence of their children or wards, and making it a misdemeanor for any parent or guardian to fail to require their children of the lawful age to attend school the required time.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to protecting and giving a first lien to materialmen, artisans, mechanics, and laborers for material furnished or labor performed on any buildings, improvements, fixtures or articles on which they have furnished any material or performed any labor.
SB 63 Caption: Relating to establishing charbon districts; providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with charbon, or supposed to have such diseases, to the county health officer, who shall report the same to the State Board of Health and providing for practicing physicians to report all persons with said disease.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to amending Title Seven, Chapter Two, Art. 303 of the Revised Criminal Statutes, so as to exclude grocery stores and markets from the provisions thereof.

SB 325 Caption: Relating to amending article 205 of the penal code so as to prohibit the drinking of intoxicating liquors on any motor, or street car for the use of passengers, or in the closets, or vestibules, or on the platform thereof, or in passenger depots, or in the closets or on the grounds thereof; providing penalties.
SB 326 Caption: Relating to amending article 909 of the penal code, so as to repeal in part the provision in said article by which it is made unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession; or to sell or ship any red fish more that twelve pounds in weight.

SB 27 Caption: Relating to requiring any owner or original contractor to pay a just and reasonable valuation for material furnished and labor performed before such contractor shall receive his pay.

SB 356 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Hardin county, Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex officio road commissioners and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as road commissioners, and defining the powers and duties of such county commissioners, and fixing a penalty for a violation of this Act.

SB 57 Caption: Relating to amending an Act relating to the Texas State Board of Health Vital Statistics, and to establishing Charbon districts, providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with Charbon to the county health officer, who shall report same to the State Board of Health and providing for physicians to report all persons suffering said diseases, and providing that the County Health Officer may issue a proclamation prohibiting stock from running at large, providing penalties.
