HB 184 Caption: Relating to amending Section 118, Subdivision 2, of Chapter 124, Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, on page 263, providing for a complete system of public free schools in Texas, by adding thereto the following provision relating to first-grade certificates.
HB 209 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 4 of the Penal Code by adding thereto Article 499a, relating to the defacing of the walls or floor of any public school building, church or railway station, and prescribing penalties for violations.

HB 595 Caption: Relating to permitting all villages, towns and cities having a certain population, whether incorporated or unincorporated, to adopt the commission form of government, consisting of three commissioners, one of whom shall be the mayor, to be elected at large from said village, town or city; to fix duties and powers of same, terms of office and compensation.
