HB 93 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing that the indictment shall not require the naming of the specific narcotic drug; defining the term "narcotic drugs."
HB 237 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure requiring that the magistrate issuing a search warrant endorse thereon the date and hour of issuance.
HB 241 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relating to the waiver of jury trial in a criminal prosecution for a felony less than a capital offense upon entering a plea other than a plea of guilty.
HB 242 Caption: Relating to amending Code of Criminal Procedure to add two (2) questions relating to the mode of testing qualifications of prospective grand jurors: (1) whether such prospect has ever been indicted or convicted of a felony, and (2) whether such prospect is under indictment or other legal accusation for a felony.
HB 243 Caption: Relating to amending Code of Criminal Procedure to require sheriff of each county to report to the district or county attorney each month as to all prisoners in his custody and the authority by which he detains them.

HCR 146 Caption: Suspending the Joint Rules of the Legislature so either house may consider H. B. 899.
HJR 22 Caption: Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas to provide for waiver of indictment by a grand jury by an accused in a criminal proceeding upon a plea of guilty to the offense; setting up standards as to the time that must elapse before such waiver will be allowed; and requiring the employment or appointment of counsel prior to the acceptance of such waiver.
HJR 63 Caption: Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas providing for the adoption by Bexar County of a home rule charter.
HR 287 Caption: In memory of Judge M. D. "Buck" Jones of Bexar County.
HR 335 Caption: Electing the children of a Member of the House to the office of Mascot.

HB 44 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful except under the provisions of this Act for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess, or attempt to hunt, take, or kill any game bird or game animal in Bexar County at any time; or to take, kill, trap or possess, or attempt to take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal in said County; or to take, or attempt to take any fresh-water fish from said County by any means or method; providing a penalty.
HB 166 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code of Texas to provide additional acts which shall constitute the offense of kidnapping; providing a penalty therefor; providing for additional penalties.
