SB 301, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending a previous Act, relating to Water Control and Improvement Districts; so as to provide that the Article shall apply in counties having a population not less than five thousand (5,000) nor more than thirteen thousand (13,000); providing that this Act shall not be retroactive.
