Relating to providing that the Jim Wells-Duval Counties Conservation and Reclamation District shall be hereafter known as Duval County Conservation and Reclamation District, and shall consist of that part of the State of Texas which is included within the boundary of Duval County, exclusive of that part of Duval County comprising the Freer Water Control and Improvement District, of Duval County.
