Relating to the exemption from licensure requirements of Chapter 113 of The National Resources Code for mobile home park owners and operations; and relating to the investigative powers of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Division (LPG Division) of the Railroad Commission in cases of an accident in the occurrence of which liquefied petroleum gas was a probable cause; and relating to investigative powers of the LPG Division in entering private premises to ascertain compliance with Division rules.
