To amend Subchapter D, Chapter 21, Texas Education Code, by adding a Section 21.118, to authorize and provide for the establishment and administration of a comprehensive crime and narcotics education program encompassing the services and efforts of regional education service centers and Texas school districts; providing guidelines for teacher accreditation, other necessary personnel and necessary materials; providing for an effective date of this Act; making appropriations.
